Our creations generally run slightly large , as 90% of our collections are made from cotton jersey , a soft and stretchy material that hugs the shape.
Our advice: opt for your usual size , or one size smaller if you are between sizes.
Each piece is unique, so don't forget to check the SIZE & FIT section to discover our recommendations specific to each model.
To keep your AUD REY item looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend a delicate wash in a mesh bag at 30 degrees max and a spin cycle of 600 max.
You will find pictograms for washing, ironing and spinning on all the composition labels of your product.
Orders, payments & gift cards
As soon as your order is validated, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address used when placing your order. Remember to check your spam folder!
If you have an AUD REY account, you can easily find the status and details of your order from your account in the “My Orders” section.
A second email will be sent to you with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
You have a 7-day withdrawal period to request the cancellation of your order, provided that it has not already been fully or partially manufactured.
If the manufacturing process has already begun, you will have to wait for delivery and then make a return.
If you wish to modify your order to change the size, color, or product, please contact us as soon as possible through the CONTACT section. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the product is not already in production.
In case of error, please contact us as soon as possible via the CONTACT section, specifying your order number and the new address to be changed.

YES ABSOLUTELY! We treat your data with the respect it deserves: our transactions are fully secure, and no personal information is disclosed.
Your bank details are entirely processed by the STRIPE service without our teams having access to them, even if you choose to save your payment details for your future purchases.
You have the option of choosing a physical gift card or an online gift card in the form of a code.
- Our physical gift card is sent directly to your home by mail. Simply contact us by email via the CONTACT section, specifying the card number.
- Our online gift card can be given to the person of your choice. To do so, simply place your order on the website in the GIFT CARD section.
This card is valid for 1 year only on our online site.
It can be used once or several times.
This card is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Do you have a discount code or a gift card? How lucky! Simply enter the code at the summary stage before payment and be sure to click “Apply”.
Once the order has been validated, it is not possible to refund part of it or apply a promo code.
However, this can be applied to a future order, within its validity period.
Are you experiencing a problem using your promo code?

Delivery
Once your order is ready to be shipped via Colissimo post, delivery times are 2 to 3 working days for France and 3 to 5 working days for Europe.
Delivery in France and the European Union:
The prices on our website include VAT, so you won't have to pay anything else.
Deliveries to Switzerland, Great Britain, the US, and Canada may be subject to customs fees, which are your responsibility. These fees are not included in the price.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes or to accept delivery of the package, please note that due to the costs incurred for its return, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
AUD REY cannot know the amount of these taxes in advance. They depend on the regulations applied by each country's government, and we therefore recommend that you check with your local customs office.
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, please be aware that our team is unable to intervene in your delivery, we are sorry about that.
We invite you to contact the carrier directly, with your parcel number, which you will find in the shipping confirmation email.
Is your parcel delayed or marked as delivered but not received?
We invite you to wait 3 days to see if the tracking of your package is finally updated.
After this period, you can contact us via the CONTACT section.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind and return it to us.

Your items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receiving the package for the following reasons: size problem, product defect.
We are committed to refunding you within 14 days of receiving the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
No returns are possible for custom orders or for orders from Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the rest of the world.
European Union and French Overseas Departments and Territories : No exchanges possible, only refunds. You will need to reorder for a different size.
The procedure for an exchange is the same as for a refund.
