Shipping and Returns Policy

Order fulfillment begins after purchase, which is why delivery times may be longer depending on the number of orders. However, we commit to shipping your items as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 30 days.

Your items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the package for the following reasons: size issue, product defect. We commit to refunding you within 14 days after receiving the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

No returns are possible for custom orders or orders outside Europe (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the rest of the world).

You will then receive instructions and the address to send the package to. Please note that you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to make a request.
